Anchoret \An"cho*ret\, Anchorite \An"cho*rite\, n. One who renounces the world and secludes himself, usually for religious reasons; a hermit; a recluse.

Etymology: Middle English, from Medieval Latin anchorita, alteration of Late Latin anachoreta, from Late Greek anachOrEtEs, from Greek anachOrein to withdraw, from ana- + chOrein to make room, from chOros place
: one who lives in seclusion usually for religious reasons


This is definitly one of my favourites this month. It means alot to me and in my eyes holds alot of room for interpretation. Your words are as always welcome. Thanks so much for your time.

einzigartige komposition und wie du schon sagtest... sehr viel freiraum für eigene interpretation was ich sehr bewundere... auch die "dreckige" farbgebung und das licht intensiviert die, ohne hin durch den titel, sehr "schöne" atmosphäre :+fav:

I must say I love it. Especially the way that you can see the group of people inside as they aren't even a large part of the photo but they give so much meaning as to the center fellow. Anyhow, well done.

This is really good. I love the meaning of this photo. Great colors. I love how you can see the group of people off to the left too, it helps explain why you titled it this. Very nice shot.
