In the End you are alone,

In the End you are all you have,

In the End you discover that Help is a word long forgotten...

~Story behind the image:
In Germany some weeks ago there has happened the impossible:
A 14 year young girl was raped in the middle of a street with people walking past her while the 19 year old drunk russian ripped her appart. She asked for help and they simply walked past her and left her alone. Some meters further a group of young women watched and didn't hel nor use the mobile to call the police. A passing woman replied to the whimmering girl's screams for help:"stand up and we see further" and left her while the 19 year old kept ramming into her. From a balcony 3 or 4 young men watched the scenery and didn't come down the street to help her nor did they call the police.
When the rapist was finished someone finally called the police.

This is the world we live in. This is the reality noone wants to see. This is what life is really like. This is how far ignorance and fear has gottan us. This is the world I have grown to hate.

The police had to set the rapist free until further research because they guess that he won't repeat that too soon again.

~If I were the mother of this child I'd organize a gun and kill each watcher and each passant who walked passt her and the rapist himself with bullets in the head.
I hate the world.

The picture it'sself is suppposed to be open for any criminal action in which the cars uncaringly rush by and leave the visctim bleeding. No matter what she has suffered, the drivers have to be at lunch at 2:00pm...

my sign to the world for everyone to see

that's a horrific example of how reality can be much scarier than any movie. great artwork, but it's really the "story behind" that makes this piece what it is.

this is a really good manipulation at all , but the main point you emphasized in the description is very sad and scary .. i can't believe how our world turns into an insensivitive place like this , why the news are always full of these kinda stories ? .. Disbelief

you've caught a very touching point in that , and it's good to know that i'm not the only one who hates this sick world .. =( (Sad)

that story frightens me to my core. its truly sad the world that we live in. geez. the picture speaks a lot based on the story, and the color palette is a nice one because the red of her hair and the blood contrast against the blue background of buildings.

And we wonder why governments get away with killing hundreds of thousnads of innocent poeple... If something like this can take place in a populated city street, we truly are more FUCKED that I had imagined (and believe me I know a thing or two about the world we live in)

I wish I was there to show that motherfucker the pain he was putting that girl through! HE WOULD NOT HAVE WALKED AWAY, believe me...

It is a sad, dark world we live in and no one wants to do a thing about it...
