The film is expired /thus the brownish tones...

These are turtle doves flying off a tree in a timeframe of about an hour...yes, very exhausting to wait for, but it was worth it. In the last image the last dove is very blurred, which I love, as it supports the message. To me, this is "life"; people come and go, we make decisions, we change, we interact, our surrounding chamges, we change our surroundings, we wonder what to do next, stay, leave..

I use polaroids lately, because it is very intimate, personal, and seems more powerful and "real", as it really is an "instant picture", a snapped moment, unedited, raw, usually flawed and the little things the filmdevelopement does to it is a mystery and fascination. Colour, light and obviously the actual appearence of the subject are out of the photgrapher's controll.
