Okay, well a logbook is pretty simple ish.. from what I had once done before. it's basically you write:
a) Mainly it's what you did during the particular session. (exercises/ talks/ certain movements? etc ) in a certain amount of detail. The best thing to do this is during the workshop itself .. jot some notes down. or else maybe the night/day after so you still have everything fresh in mind.
b) you write your thoughts about it/exercises, even if they go against what the lecturer was explaining, your opinion is quite important.
c) you can as well compare it to some things mentioned in the theory classes.
